Health: Spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm-negative

Sutton was removed from a hoarding case, and much of the world is still very new to her. Despite her difficult start, she has shown incredible resilience and a quiet sweetness that shines through more every day. She’s learning what it means to feel safe, loved, and cared for—and she’s making progress.

Sutton is still learning how to be a dog and how to interact with her environment. She’s shy and cautious, especially with new situations, but she is incredibly gentle and sweet once she feels comfortable.

She is beginning to learn how to play with other dogs and continues to gain confidence at her own pace. Sutton has not been cat tested.

Sutton rides well in the car and does great for grooming and vet visits. She is still learning leash skills and is just starting to come out of her shell. With patience, consistency, and kindness, Sutton continues to blossom more each day.

Sutton would thrive in a calm, patient home with adopters who understand that love takes time. A quiet environment and gentle encouragement will help her continue building confidence. She is ready for someone to show her how wonderful life can be!
