Enola
Pit Mix
🐾 Meet Enola!
Age: Approximately 1 year old
Breed: Pit Mix
Rescue Status: In rescue since October 2025
Health: Spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm-negative, and microchipped
Weight: Around 40 pounds
Enola was surrendered by her previous owner through no fault of her own. Despite the confusion and change in her young life, she has remained hopeful, sweet, and eager to bond. She’s still learning the ropes of the big world, but every day she grows more confident and playful.
Enola loves being around other dogs and really enjoys their company once she warms up. At first, she can be a little unsure and is still figuring out how to play, but she’s learning quickly and truly thrives when spending time with canine friends. She has not yet been cat-tested.
With people, Enola shines. She’s very friendly, loves meeting new faces, and absolutely adores kids. She’s still young, but she already has a gentle, loving heart and is eager to be part of a family.
She’s working hard on her potty training and is already crate trained. She rides well in the car and does well at grooming appointments, though she may be a tiny bit nervous at first. One of her biggest motivators? Treats and toys—this girl loves them both!
Enola would thrive in a home that can offer her reassurance, consistency, and lots of fun. A playful dog friend would be a bonus, but a loving human family works just as well. A household with children would be a dream for her, as she loves being part of the excitement and affection.
If you’re looking for a sweet, social, toy-loving young pup who’s ready for her forever family, Enola might be the perfect fit.
