🐾 Meet Eileen!

Age: ~3 months old

Breed: Black Lab Mix

Weight: ~20 lbs (and still growing!)

Rescue Intake: January 2026

Eileen was found as a stray and came into rescue at a very young age. Despite a rough start, this little girl has shown nothing but resilience, sweetness, and a whole lot of puppy charm.

Eileen will need hip surgery due to a shattered joint caused by blunt force trauma. Her vetting is scheduled, and she will be spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. She’s young, strong, and expected to do very well with proper care and recovery.

Eileen is a very sweet and friendly puppy who absolutely loves meeting new people. Because of her age and injury, she has not yet been dog tested, and she has not been cat tested. She has already caught on well to pee pad training, so her continued potty training is expected to be a breeze. She does great in her gated space and sleeps there overnight.

This smart girl already knows how to sit for treats and is very food-motivated, making her a fun and rewarding pup to train. Eileen would do best in a patient, loving home ready to support her through surgery and recovery while helping her grow into the amazing dog she’s meant to be.
