Rescue Intake: December 2025

Health: Spayed, recovering from Demodex Dottie came into rescue as an owner surrender through no fault of her own. She’s currently recovering from Demodex and is doing well with treatment. Throughout everything, Dottie has remained a calm, gentle soul who takes life in stride and is ready for a fresh start with a loving family.

Dottie plays well with dogs of all sizes—both males and females—and does best with calm, easygoing canine companions. She enjoys their company without needing constant play and is happy just coexisting with friends.

She has not been cat tested.

Dottie is wonderful with kids and strangers and has a sweet, friendly demeanor. She rides well in the car, does great at the vet, and handles grooming with ease. She is also continuing to improve with potty training and responds well to consistency and routine.

Dottie would thrive in a relaxed, loving home that can offer her patience, gentle structure, and plenty of affection. She’s the perfect companion for someone looking for a calm, loyal dog who just wants to be part of the family.
