Rascal is a little dog with a big personality. This boy is happiest when he’s curled up close to his favorite person, soaking up attention and affection. More than anything, Rascal is searching for that special someone he can call his own forever.

Rascal is a total lap dog who thrives on companionship and loves being near his people. He has a playful, silly personality that will keep you smiling and loves being the center of attention. He plays well with other dogs. He has not yet been tested with cats.

While Rascal does great with most women, he can be nervous around unfamiliar men. He has "stranger danger" and needs time to build trust. The good news is that there are several men in his life whom he has grown to love and trust deeply.

Because Rascal can become fearful in certain situations, he will need an experienced adopter who can recognize his boundaries, advocate for his comfort, and help him feel secure. Rascal would thrive in a calm, adult-oriented home with someone who understands that trust is earned.
