Age: 6 years old Breed: Bulldog Mix Rescue Status: In rescue since January 2025 Health: Neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations Weight: Approximately 50 pounds

Hercules came to us after living a tough life outdoors. While his previous owners loved him, they weren’t able to provide the care he needed. As a result, Hercules developed a serious flea allergy that led to a major skin infection, along with double ear infections, eye infections, frostbite on his feet and eyes, and numerous punctures and cuts from being attacked by other dogs.

Despite all of his hardships, Hercules is an absolute trooper! His skin is healing beautifully, and his fur is starting to grow back. Though he still has some treatments ahead of him, we are so relieved to see the progress he’s made. His resilience and cheerful spirit are truly inspiring!

Hercules is a love bug who gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and even bunnies! He’s also fantastic with kids and men, and he’s warm and friendly with strangers too. He’s completely housebroken and has the sweetest, most affectionate nature.

Now that he's feeling better, Hercules has been enjoying his time playing with his dog pals and bringing joy to everyone around him. He’s genuinely one of the happiest dogs we’ve ever met, and his smile is guaranteed to brighten your day!
